Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Rodzinnik mobile app (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), created by Krzysztof Baranowski (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The App collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

  • your device's internet protocol address (e.g. IP address)
  • the pages of the App you visit, the date and time of the visit, and the time spent on those pages
  • the time spent within the App
  • the operating system used on your mobile device

The App does not collect precise information about your mobile device's location.

The App may, however, collect device location data that helps the Service Provider determine your approximate geographic location and use it for the following purposes:

  • Geolocation services: location data may be used to deliver personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-dependent features
  • Analytics and improvements: aggregated and anonymized location data helps analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the App's performance and functionality
  • Third-party services: periodically, anonymized location data may be shared with external services that support the development and optimization of the App

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to deliver important information, required notices, or promotional materials.

For a better experience while using the App, the Service Provider may ask you to provide certain personal information, such as, but not limited to, your email address or your name. This information will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the App and its services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this privacy policy.

The App uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies regarding the handling of data. Below are links to the privacy policies of the third-party service providers used by the App:

  • Google Play Services
  • AdMob
  • Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • RevenueCat

The Service Provider may disclose information provided by users and information collected automatically:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
  • when it believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
  • to trusted service providers who work on its behalf, do not use the data for their own purposes, and have agreed to abide by this privacy policy

Use of Artificial Intelligence

The App uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance the user experience and deliver certain features. AI components may process user data to offer personalized content, recommendations, or automated features. All data processing takes place in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable law. If you have any questions about the AI features or data processing, please contact the Service Provider.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the App easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain the data you provide for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like the Service Provider to delete the personal data you have provided via the App, please contact them at hello@organizerrodzica.pl and they will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the App to knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under the age of 13.

The App is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from the servers. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at hello@organizerrodzica.pl so that appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically, as continued use of the App is deemed approval of all changes.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 31, 2026.
