Rodzinnik App Terms of Service

Effective date: March 4, 2026

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. These terms of service (hereinafter the "Terms") set out the rules for using the "Rodzinnik" mobile app (hereinafter the "App").

  2. The App is provided by Rodzinnik (hereinafter the "Service Provider").

  3. The App helps parents organize time with their children by providing access to educational, entertainment, and informational content.

§ 2. Definitions

  1. User – a natural person who has downloaded and uses the App.

  2. Account – a User's registered account in the App.

  3. Content – all information, materials, texts, images, and sounds available in the App.

§ 3. Terms of Use

  1. Use of the App is voluntary and free of charge, unless otherwise specified in separate terms for paid services.

  2. The User agrees to:

  • not share their access credentials with third parties,
  • not use the App for purposes contrary to the law or good practice,
  • not harm the good reputation of the Service Provider.

§ 4. Registration and Account

  1. Account registration is required to use certain features of the App.

  2. The User provides accurate information during registration.

  3. The User may delete their account at any time via the App settings.

§ 5. Content and Services

  1. The App provides, among other things:
  • fairy tales and stories for children,
  • poems and rhymes,
  • coloring pages,
  • a blog with advice for parents,
  • a database of child-friendly places,
  • riddles and recommendations.
  1. Content available in the App is protected by copyright.

§ 6. Liability

  1. The Service Provider is not liable for:
  • the accuracy of information posted by Users,
  • interruptions in the App's operation due to technical reasons,
  • damages resulting from improper use of the App.

§ 7. Payments

  1. The App may offer paid subscription features.

  2. Payments are processed through the app store operator's payment system (App Store / Google Play).

  3. Pricing for paid services is available within the App.

§ 8. Complaints

  1. Complaints may be submitted through the contact form in the App or via the email address provided in the App.

  2. A complaint will be handled within 14 days of receipt.

§ 9. Privacy Policy

  1. Detailed rules on the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

  2. By using the App, the User accepts the terms of the Privacy Policy.

§ 10. Changes to the Terms

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms at any time.

  2. Users will be notified of changes to the Terms within the App.

§ 11. Final Provisions

  1. Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

  2. Disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered seat.

  3. These Terms take effect on the date of publication within the App.
